They are now urgently looking for a Legal and Compliance Executive who is responsible for:
- Research and update the legal provisions and legal news related to the companys operations periodically.
- Manage Compliance checklist and guarantee the compliance of company follow the laws.
- Develop plan and prioritize activities based on risk and local compliance priorities.
- Assist with assessment and management of material actual or potential conflicts of interest.
- Develop compliance policies and procedures, coordinating with other relevant teams in managing and responding to regulators in relation to data privacy, consumer protection, and providing compliance regulatory risk assessments and program implementation in Vietnam.
- Assist with review of contracts/agreements
- Support on drafting legal documents and procedures.
- Submit applications for registration and changes of business registration contents at the competent state authority
- Other duties assigned by higher managers.

- Sáng tạo và tối ưu nội dung bán hàng đối với các sản phẩm bán lẻ thuộc các ngành hàng như: Thời trang, đồ dùng gia đình, đồ chơi, chăm sóc thú cưng, tiện ích văn phòng, phụ kiện điện điện thoại/điện tử,.....
- Lên ý tưởng và viết nội dung phục vụ quảng cáo bán hàng (bao gồm nội dung quảng cáo Facebook và nội dung trang sản phẩm trên nền tảng có sẵn).
- Tìm hiểu, nghiên cứu sản phẩm và A/B test các phương án hình ảnh, taglines, videos… để tạo ra nội dung bán hàng hiệu quả nhất.
- Theo dõi, phân tích các số liệu, tối ưu và báo cáo hiệu quả chiến dịch quảng cáo.
- Nghiên cứu thị trường và khách hàng Mỹ và Trung Quốc, tìm kiếm và lựa chọn sản phẩm để triển khai bán hàng.

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
- Handling budgets, chạy các chiến dịch trên nền tảng Facebook Ads, quản lý chi phí các chiến dịch
- Thiết lập các phương pháp theo dõi, báo cáo, tối ưu campaign
- Thao dõi hiệu quả campaign
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Xử lý tài nguyên (profile, BM, ad account) vận hành ổn định giảm thiểu tỉ lệ disnable tài nguyên,....

- Lên ý tưởng và viết nội dung phục vụ quảng cáo bán hàng (bao gồm nội dung quảng cáo Facebook và nội dung trang sản phẩm trên nền tảng có sẵn).
