OUTLINE OF JOB SCOPE
- The Storekeeper plays an instrumental role in Warehouse operations and activities overseeing entire scope related to inbounds, labelling, organizing and storage of goods.
- The Storekeeper is also responsible for workplace health and safety standards and for the security of the building and stock.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Primary Job Function

Detailed Job Function
6. Receive and process warehouse stock products (unload, label, count, put away)
7. Liaise with Outbound Executive to prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (pick, pack, wrap, label, ship)
8. Operate WMS (warehouse management system), prints and applies barcode labels to products.
9. Perform inventory controls, report any discrepancies and keep quality standards high for audits
10. Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation
11. Contribute to the development of solutions and best practices for warehouse operations initiatives, including recommending activities involving legacy systems, process improvement, country-specific requirements, labeling standards and regulations
12. Perform other duties/tasks as may be necessary
WORKING HOURS
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 – 18:00
- If and when the management requires his or her additional contribution.
- Due to the nature of the business, it may be occasionally required to work overtime and on weekends

JOB SCOPE:
The Engineering within and around the building of the company. He/ she is integral in the maintenance and coordination of the facilities in the building to ensure safe and effective utilization. He/ She is well respected for their technical knowledge and skills of the facilities within the building. They are also well versed in trouble-shooting and has a strong sense of adherence to established processes. The goal is to ensure the smooth operations of the facilities in the building, aiming for maximum effectiveness whilst maintaining the highest level of safety at all times.
The position holder will demonstrate accountability for implementing companys after sales service, acting as service representatives to make sure that all the safety requirements & good operation of products are met.
- Carry out service, installation, maintenance, and reparation of designated product range.
- Provide out of hours technical service support and complete individual mandatory weekend work provision
- Consult and train for the users
- Escalate as appropriate situations where customer satisfaction is compromised or contractual obligations

JOB DESCRIPTION:

6. Infrastructure : Facilities
- Responsible for maintenance of the building. These include all Mechanical, Electrical and plumbing, wind duct… (MEP) facilities. (These include but not limited to; the ACCESS CONTROL, AIR CONDITIONING, AIR PURIFYING SYSTEM, FIRE ALARM/ FIGHTING SYSTEMS, ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS, ELEVATOR SYSTEMS etc.)
- Receive and respond to reports of MEP maintenance issues on premise.
- Inspect and maintain the security and fire alarm/fighting systems and schedule repairs when needed.
- Perform maintenance of electrical and air-conditioning systems. (Including replacing light bulbs, clean and repair circuit breaker panels.)
- Ensure all Information Technology equipment and Audio-Visual equipment are fully functional at all times. (Projectors, TVs).
- Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments
- Overseeing services including security, parking, cleaning, service – air con , service lift, service gen-set…….
- Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security.
7. Engineering
- The project survey then plans and finds quotations for installation of company systems that are being sold to customers.
- Plan maintenance & take care for equipment selling to customers. etc. : system Medklinn…
- Solve customer feedback issues related to equipment sold to customers.
- Coordinating technical staff to inspect and repair customer equipment.
- Connect to other departments in the company to offer the best solution after selling the equipment to customers.
8. Safety
- Ensure compliance to safety procedures and make recommendations where necessary.
- Take charge of building evacuation in the event of an emergency.
- Survey the building and ensure all systems are consistent with health and safety standards.
9. Miscellaneous
- Coordinate with external agencies and contractors for any work to be done on premise.
- Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.).
- Conduct general upkeep procedures (Maintaining the general good condition of the premise, landscaping etc.) and any other related tasks assigned.

Warehouse Accountant plays a crucial role in inventory accuracy management. This individual will monitor, keep track and validate all inventory movements, system transaction and relevant documents in, out and within Q Industries warehouse by liaising with Warehouse internal and external stakeholders
